This Privacy Policy applies to JDB Wellbeing LLC and all brands operating under it: JDB Wellbeing, Unfold, Gather & Glow, and Cultivate Studio. All four brands are trade names of JDB Wellbeing LLC and are not separate legal entities.

“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us” means JDB Wellbeing LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, and all brands operating under it: JDB Wellbeing, Unfold, Gather & Glow, and Cultivate Studio.

 

“Content” means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information on the Site, including all emails, blog posts, graphics, designs, documents, templates, and downloadable materials offered by JDB Wellbeing LLC.

Although JDB Wellbeing LLC is based in Pennsylvania, CalOPPA may apply to the extent we collect Personal Information from California residents. Pursuant to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

JDB Wellbeing LLC welcomes participants of all ages. The following rules govern the collection and use of personal information based on age:

 

Children under 13:

Our Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or submit any Personal Information independently. Participation by children under 13 requires a parent or legal guardian to be physically present at all times and to complete all required consent forms on the child’s behalf.

Minors ages 13–17:

Individuals between the ages of 13 and 17 may participate in our Services with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, as documented in the JDB Wellbeing LLC Minor Participant Policy & Consent Form. Any Personal Information collected in connection with a minor participant is collected on behalf of their parent or guardian and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
